Super Mago Dashing Star does not require the User to create a specific account with Dream Potion Games . Instead, the game uses authentication provided by the distribution platform (Google Play Store); therefore, users must have an active Google account to download and play.

The security of these accounts and compliance with the terms of each platform are the sole responsibility of the User and the platform.

7. MICROTRANSACTIONS AND ADDITIONAL CONTENT

The game offers microtransactions that allow users to purchase additional content, such as premium orbs or the ad-removal pass. All transactions are processed through the secure systems of the distribution platform (Google Play Store), and Dream Potion Games does not have access to or store financial or personal information related to these purchases. That being said, the User should keep in mind the following:

7.1 Microtransactions and Premium Orbs :

- The game allows the purchase of "premium" orbs through microtransactions, processed by the distribution platforms (Google Play Store). These orbs can be used to acquire costumes, special items and other exclusive objects.

- All financial transactions are made through the secure systems of the corresponding platform. Dream Potion Games does not have access to or store financial information from these purchases.

- Users, and in particular parents or guardians of underage users, are encouraged to monitor and manage the use of microtransactions within the game. Purchases made are final and non-refundable, except as provided by the distribution platform's refund policy.

7.2 In-Game Advertising and Ad Removal :

- The game contains advertisements served by advertising partners through distribution platforms. These ads can be permanently removed by purchasing an Ads Removal Pass , available as an in-game microtransaction.

- Opt-in advertising allows users to view advertisements in exchange for benefits such as extra lives, special items, or participation in mini-games with exclusive rewards. This option is voluntary and is designed to enrich the game experience without being intrusive.

- Dream Potion Games does not control the nature of the advertisements displayed and does not endorse or take responsibility for the content of such advertisements.

7.3 Limitation of Liability on Transactions and Advertisements :

- Dream Potion Games is not responsible for any technical issues, transaction failures, or inconveniences related to the display of advertisements. Any questions or disputes regarding purchases or advertising content should be directed to the technical support of the relevant platform (Google Play Store).

- The User is responsible for setting advertising preferences and managing microtransaction options as provided by the distribution platform.

For any queries or issues related to a transaction, users should contact the technical support of the distribution platform used to make the purchase.

8. IN-GAME ADVERTISING

The game includes advertising that can be customized based on the policies of the platforms and advertising partners. Users can configure their advertising preferences in the privacy settings of their device or directly on the platform used. This includes options such as disabling ad personalization in Google Play.

Advertising partners may collect non-personal information (such as device ID or ad interactions) to personalize advertising experience, in accordance with platform policies.

Dream Potion Games does not control the nature of the advertisements displayed and does not endorse or take responsibility for the content of such advertisements.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

For any dispute arising from the use of the Game, THE PARTIES agree to waive their right to take legal action before a court and submit to arbitration at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center , waiving the right to class action lawsuits.

Choosing to resolve disputes through the WIPO Arbitration Center demonstrates our commitment to fair, efficient and neutral dispute resolution. We value the trust that users place in our services and strive to maintain a transparent and collaborative relationship in the event of any conflict.

The arbitration award shall be binding and final.

10. REFUND POLICIES

Refund requests are subject to the policies of the respective distribution platform (Google Play). Dream Potion Games does not administer refunds directly nor does it have authority over returns.

11. GAME TRANSFER LIMITATION

Super Mago Dashing Star game or its rights to any third party without authorization from Dream Potion Games . Any attempted transfer will be considered a violation of these Terms as well as the END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) . which will result in automatic termination of the license and deletion of the created account.

12. COPYRIGHT AND USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Dream Potion Games intellectual property and to provide a safe environment for users to create and share content on Super Mago Dashing Star , the following provisions are established:

12.1 Intellectual Property : All content, rights, titles and interests in and to the Game, including software, graphics, text, sounds, videos and other visual content of Super Mago Dashing Star , are the exclusive property of Dream Potion Games or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use of these elements will be considered a serious breach of these Terms.

12.2 User Generated Content License : You grant Dream Potion Games a perpetual, transferable, sublicensable license to use any content generated in the Game , including screenshots, videos, and any other materials, for marketing and promotional purposes. 12.3 Use of the Game by Streamers and Content Creators: Dream Potion Games allows streamers and content creators to use Super Mago Dashing Star to produce and publish audiovisual content, such as live streams, videos, reviews, and other digital broadcast formats, provided that the following conditions are met:

(a) Attribution and Recognition : The content creator must reference the game Super Mago Dashing Star and Dream Potion Games as its developer, using the official logos and materials when applicable.

(b) Non-Commercial Use : The license to stream and produce Super Mago Dashing Star content is for non-commercial use. Content creators may monetize their videos or streams on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, or the like, but may not sell or sublicense content derived from Super Mago Dashing Star or use it for third-party marketing campaigns without Dream Potion Games ' prior written consent .

(c) Compliance with the Rules of Conduct : Content creators must comply with the rules of conduct set forth in these Terms. Content must be appropriate and must not promote prohibited practices, such as the use of cheats or offensive content towards other players.

Dream Potion Games reserves the right to request the removal of any content that it deems to be in violation of these Terms of Use or that may be detrimental to the image of the Game or the company.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

La elección de resolver disputas a través del Centro de Arbitraje de la OMPI/WIPO demuestra nuestro compromiso con una resolución justa, eficiente y neutral de las controversias. Valoramos la confianza que los usuarios depositan en nuestros servicios y nos esforzamos por mantener una relación transparente y colaborativa en caso de cualquier conflicto.

El laudo arbitral será vinculante y definitivo.

10. POLÍTICAS DE REEMBOLSO

Las solicitudes de reembolso están sujetas a las políticas de la plataforma de distribución correspondiente (Google Play). Dream Potion Games no administra reembolsos directamente ni tiene autoridad sobre devoluciones.

11. LIMITACIÓN DE TRANSFERENCIA DE CUENTAS
